The Showtec Cameleon Bar 12/3 is a compact LED bar that can be used indoors as well as out of doors. It is specifically designed for situations that require a small bar with a high light yield, such as lighting walls and objects, truss projections or spectacular catwalk lighting. It can also be used as a sunstrip. The extremely clear light of the Cameleon 12/3 in combination with the 3-in-1 RGB LEDs, results in optimal colour mixing and perfect wall wash effects.

With a length of only 58 centimetres, this light bar can effortlessly be integrated in your truss constructions, DJ boots and other kinds of furniture and environments. The Showtec Cameleon Bar 12/3 has its twelve 3W Tri-LED RGB modules to thank for its enormous light yield. As it has a power consumption of 45 watts, it is energy-efficient as well! The Cameleon Bar 12//3 has been IP65 approved, meaning that it is dust and waterproof. This makes it ideal for outdoor applications like festivals.

Technological characteristics

The Cameleon Bar 12/3 by Showtec has a solid aluminium housing that is finished with a high-quality black powder coating. The LEDs are convection cooled via the housing, so that you won't need any fans and you can be sure of the armature being extremely quiet. A reinforced glass lens plate offers maximum protection to the LEDs. Finally, all channels can be controlled via DMX-512, or in stand-alone mode. For these options, a LED display is provided at the rear.
